MT940-Import: Transaktionstype mit in BankTransaction

Eine Erweiterung um z.B. Sammellastschriften zu erkennen
Dazu wurde ein eigenes Importprofil für aqbanking-cli erstellt
und die Tabelle bank_transactions erweitert.

Das Profile ist in users/aqbanking.conf
