PriceTaxCalculator - Währungskurs abhängig von Belegtyp

Bei OE-Belegen wird alles in der Belegwährung gespeichert, daher keine
Wechselkursumrechnung (exchangerate = 1).
Bei Rechnungsbelegen wird hingegen der Währungskurs berücksichtigt.
