SEPA-Export ISO20022 konforme Feldinhalte

Das _replace_special_chars kümmert sich perfekt um
deutsche Umlaute, allerdings gibt es im SEPA-Raum einige
Firmenname die andere Umlaute/Sonderzeichen behalten
(s.a. perldoc Text::Unidecode).
