Bankimport: SEPA-Exporte werden manchmal nicht mehr erkannt

Wenn mehrere SEPA Anweisungen in einem Export sind, werden diese nicht gefunden
Nun bessere Implementierung

Nebenbei die Vorzeichen-Anzeige korrigiert
