Erstellen von Jahresabschluss-Buchungen(3)

Für Auswahl moderne presenter Methoden statt alte cgi Methoden eingebaut.
Fehlende Umbenennung in html Templates für Events korrigiert
Die Auswahl der 9xxx Konten nicht mehr auf 4 Zeichen begrenzt
