Partpicker: filter.type nur mitschicken, wenn wirklich ein Typ angegeben war

Ansonsten wird "&filter.type[]=" geschickt, was in Perl letztlich als
"$::form->{type} = ['']" ankommt -- und damit ungültige Filter
erstellt.
