Negativer Amount auch bei filter_drafts

In einer Rechnung wird beim Erzeugen aus der Vorlage der gezahlte Wert nun
richtig ausgefüllt.
Wie in create_invoice.html negative Werte frisch formatieren (commit 15b2640059)
