Update .gitignore and add .editorconfig (#21)

* Update .gitignore with compiled files and some OS specific files

* Remove all files from templates_c (exept keepme file).
* Remove some system files from Windows, Linux and macOS.

* Add an .editorconfig file

Makes it easier to contribute to the project
