Workflow Rechnung->Auftrag (neuer Controller). Rabatt nicht mehr umrechnen

Das passiert jetzt in _make_record_item (siehe auch
"make_record(_item): discount-Feld richtig behandeln",
commit cd6bfeee2bf076f15f9fdf57806a7c42bdf1760e).

Dadurch wurde der Rabatt zweimal durch 100 geteilt.
