Header-Menu soll nicht mitscrollen

Der Header Container ist auf einen Layer weit über den anderen (z-index: 99) an Position 0 von oben festgetackert.
Damit bleibt er immer sichtbar.
Es sind nur die Styles lx-office-erp und kivitendo berücksichtigt (im Moment).
