DATEV-Tests: eine gültige UStID-Nr benutzen

Der DATEV-Export nutzt inzwischen Routinen zur Prüfung & sauberen
Formatierung von UStID-Nummern, und die in den Tests verwendete war
nach dem gültigen Algorithmus schlicht nicht gültig.
