Default-Werte falls definiert in datev_csv gesetzt.
Pflichtfelder markiert
Kern-Algorithmus klarer definiert (Hinweise von Sven)
  - Formatierung in Array pro Feldwert ausgelagert
  - Eingangs-Werte prüfen (input_check)
  - Logikstruktur klarer (kein unless nach if-bedingung)
