Ein Vorkommen von eur in ic.pl entfernt.

$eur wurde hier in sql-ledger benutzt um die Buchungskonten zu
unterscheiden. Das wird aber seit Einführung der Buchungsgruppen nicht mehr
gemacht. Ergo muss eur hier auch nicht bereitgestellt werden.
