Export des Lieferdatums fuer gedruckte Rechnungen.

Die Variable ist <%deliverydate%>.
Anbei Rechnungen mit Lieferdatum in tex und html.
(Sollte sich jemand anschauen der weiss wie die auszusehen haben)
