Kontoauszug verbuchen rückgängig machen. Closedto und GL

Falls eine Buchung in einer geschlossenen Periode ist,
erst gar nicht die Möglichkeit zum Anwählen geben.
Ferner GLTransaction auch erlauben, allerdings diese dann
komplett (gl Nebenbuch) rauslöschen
