Dialogbuchungen aus Bankimport nicht stornieren

Die acc_trans_ids werden hier auch noch gelöscht und
neu geschrieben. Die Verknüpfungs-Info gehen entsprechend kaputt.
Solange die Periode noch nicht geschlossen ist, ist ein Neuverbuchen
der Bankbewegung wesentlich sinnvoller.
