Wiederkehrende Rechnungen: Variablen für lange Monatsnamen gefixt

Ging im Commit »Wiederkehrende Rechnungen: Formatierung von
Datumsdruckvariablen über freie Formatstrings« kaputt. Danach waren die
Variablen <%current_month_long%> schlicht leer.
