$form->{webdav} wird seit dem Tabbing-Zeitalter nicht mehr als
Kennzeichen für webdav benötigt. Alle anderen Überprüfungen auf
webdav finden in den Templates schon lange sinnvollerweise
mit INSTANCE_CONF.get_webdav statt.
