Führt einen einen bestimmten Job exakt einmal aus, egal, ob der Job
aktiv ist oder was sein nächstes Ausführungsdatum ist. Anschließend
beendet sich der Task-Server wieder.

Das Argument ist die Datenbank-ID aus Tabelle »background_jobs«.
