AssortmentItem um Boolean "charge" erweitert

Sortimentsartikel erweitert, bestimmen ob Artikel berechnet werden soll.

Kann in SL::DB::Part->items_sellprice_sum abgefragt werden, ebenso beim
Hinzufügen von Artikeln (Auftrag, CSV-Import)
