EB/SB Buchungen minimale Kindersicherung für Datumswerte

Die Funktion lässt den Nutzer zuviele Freiheiten ;-(
Ausreichend wäre es nur ein Datum (vgl. sql-ledger yearend) eingeben
zu lassen und das Folgedatum ist dann automatisch der nächste Tag.
