Payment-Helper pay_invoice case 'difference_as_skonto' entfernt

'difference_as_skonto' lässt sich über 'free_skonto' abbilden.
Ein Fall weniger der die Methode etwas wartungsfreundlicher macht.
POD und Testfall angepasst.
