E-Mails auch per SMTP verschicken können

Default ist nun, via SMTP über localhost zu verschicken. Mögliche
Optionen sind: TLS oder SSL-Verschlüsselung, Authentifizierung,
Verwendung von Sendmail anstelle von SMTP (wie bisher).
