Bilanzbericht aktualisiert und aus Druckvorlagen entfernt

Bilanz-HTML-Vorlage aus Druckvorlagen entfernt, befindet sich schon
länger zentral in templates/rp.

Bilanz zeigt jetzt das Berichtsdatum mit aus.
