  remove setup.sh
  add NOFORMAT to total, paid, invtotal
  add tempfile (old tabelle.tex) to tmpfile-mechanism
     (@sven, fuer Konsistenz eventuell tmpfile -> meta_template.tmpfile)
  add balance_sheet.html, income_statement.html  from Default for consistence
