Revert "changelog und UPGRADE zu den GIN Indizes"

This reverts commit 5cd0c395b734c66c5c4c50dae6f3bcfa037a23df.

Bis das Problem mit Upgrades, die Admin-Rechte brauchen richtig gelöst ist,
werden die Commits für Trigram-Indizes erstmal reverted.
