Margenberechnung angepasst.

Dank an Uwe Konrad für den Patch.
Im Gegensatz zur Vorlage wird hier der Preisfaktor aus den Stammdaten
nicht ignoriert, ergo dürften immernoch Seiteneffekte mit Preisgruppen
auftreten. Die werden gleich separat gefixt.

Partieller Fix für Bug 1252.
