connection_test
checks connectivity to the internet. Problems are reported to the local System Alarming instance.
set_alarm
sets an alarm at the local System Alarming instance

triggers a watchdog at wagnertech.de by SOAP
triggerWatchdog_REST
triggers a watchdog via REST interface
