PTC Test um Rundungsgenauigkeit ergänzt

Der PriceTaxCalculator hat als Datenwert neuerdings die
Rundungsgenauigkeit für den Modus Schweiz. Dies muss entsprechend
im Tests des Moduls auch berücksichtigt werden.
